Stair Tower

Stair tower structure with access platforms for 80’ tall by 26’ Dia. Furnace. Cadillac Fabrication provided all detail design services, fabrication and painting for this project.
Project was shipped ahead of schedule with excellent fit-up and erection reported by Ironworkers on job-site.

Truss Style Clarifier Bridge

60’ long access bridge for clarifier tank at Magnesia processing plant. Bridge has lower level for piping runs with fiberglass grating walkway. Due to the caustic nature of the environment the finish consisted of abrasive blasting the surface to SP10 followed by a coat of inorganic zinc primer followed by epoxy primer with a polyurethane top coat.

Pump house structural cover and stairways

Support steel for pumphouse cover which supports pumps and access covers for basement pumps. Stairways and platforms descend to lower pump level. All steel utilized same 3 coat procedure as Clarifier bridge.
